O2 sensor voltage readings

'02 Legacy, pure stock, 2.5L.
Hooked up an Innova 3130 to the ODB port. Should the front O2 sesnor ever be as high as 1.60 volts??
Rear fluctuates between .005 and .800 volts. Front is between 0.9 and 1.6. Mostly around 1.5 volts.

is it an O2 or an AF?

If you look on the catalyst sticker on the hood it will tell you the emissions equipment it has, including the sensors. HO2S should not hit above 1v. Even 1v is too high.

It sounds to me like you have AF sensors. If so, thats about normal.

The front sensor on the headers are an AF sensor - those readings are normal.

Thanks guys. It is a Bosch sensor. O2, AF...I don't know. If you go to Autozone and ask for a front O2 sensor for an '02 Subaru Legacy, it is whatever they hand you. 5 wire unit. On their site is says "Sensor type, wideband A/F".

Hate to bring back a dead post but i have an AF sensor in an 02 Legacy and it hits up to 3.8 volts often, My stft is -29 til ltft learns then its -27ish ltft and stft hits around -2ish area.
