I always love your pictures.

For the rolling shots while standing still, whats the best way to do that, having settings at? Regular rolling shots turn out ok, but never when I am standing still.

Thanks!

For panning shots - set your camera to shutter speed priority if it can do that, or fiddle around with settings till your shutter speed is about 1/60th or 1/80th, then just follow the car with your camera and shoot, while trying to keep it steadily in the frame. It requires a bit of practice, but really is fairly simple.

Is there a general rule for shutter speed to vehicle speed? Or is it just kind of messing around?

technically, yes, the slower the car is the longer your shutter needs to stay open. I find that going below 1/60th is not realistic though. Find a quick car

there are so many Subie at our events I don't even know who is who. I drive the Blue Sti and sometime a yellow Boxster S.

I am not sure if you can go up to green group yet. New rules came out for all upgrades.

White 07 wingless... Car #935. I haven't gone to any PDC events this year. Actually I rarely go to them. I spend most of my time with Proformance.
