Is there a company that makes a kit for this conversion?

Yes chargespeed make a fiberglass front core support to convert to 06 front end with both the 02-03 and 04-05 body styles. Theirs only requires cutting and bolting the pieces on. If you want to do it with OE Subaru parts and weld them you'll need the piece that runs along the top, the center support, and the 2 headlights pieaces. You will then need to cut your side aprons back a little so the headlights will fit. From there its a complete bolt in.

Here is the link to the Chargespeed stuff:

as for the wiring goes, i did a swap from 02 to 06. went to walmart and got some male and female quick releases. or whatever there called. cut all the wires and put those on them. took several tries to get all the wires in the right spots but it worked out great. hope this made sence.

You can also get waterproof automotive make and female plugs from 1-6 wires and they works really well. I bought a kit that had a bunch and I use them a lot.

I would really suggest soldering all your connections, especially headlights. Then heat shrink everything.

If you have access to a multimeter you can use this to check which wire is which.
