Default HELP! OBD1 CEL electrical problem!

i have a ej22t radiator.

i found out it was cracked so i bought a new one. Also, i replaced my A/c fan motor. although i replaced it with the bigger motor from the driver side of the car. the fuse blew from the A/C fan and my car jumped up to 2000rpms. a cel came on. when i put the car in acc. mode i hear numerous clicking sounds and the driver side fan goes on and off repeatedly. the only solutions for it to stop is to pull the fusible link, unplug the ignition switch, or disconnect the gray square main harness connector. the car still runs and the fans kick on when its not even warmed up yet. any ideas?
