Nürburgring Nordschleife is the most popular race track for using our KW Clubsport suspension kits. High performance sports cars,
modified saloons as well as classical sport compact cars are tuned in weight, engine and wheels for their use on several race tracks.
These improvements are made for a better handling on track sport events, race taxi drives, visitor drives and equability tests particularly on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. Due to these modifications of the car some parameters are changing. Therefore, the road setups are

The Expert Type V (ExV) is a full coilover suspension featuring a threaded base for precise ride height adjustment without compromising shock or spring travel. We have taken our street suspension to the next level for 2005 by including high performance upper mounts and 32 way ride quality adjustment for street cars that are used at the track as well. The spring rates and internal valving of the ExV has been completely refined for excellent ride quality and sports driving. The ExV was designed to cater exclusively to US market vehicles. Buddy Club Racing Spec Dampers

[ 1. Adjustment bracket ]
With an adoption of a "adjustable bracket" the ideal low postion can be achieved without any use of helper spring. One rotation, approximately 2mm, will enable the user to change the length of the damper. Dampers are black plated rather then painted for extra durability.
[ 2. 15 Level Adjustment ]
The 15 level adjustment corresponds to variety of racing stages, from Touge 'mountain roads' to cicuits. Adjustment is easy with its click adjusting dial. The dial is located ither on the upper shaft for regular dampers or on the lower shaft for inverted dampers. This damper is also designed for town use; hence, dampening setting ranges from hard (+4kg/mm) to soft (-4kg/mm).
[ 3. Single tube type shell case ]
Unlike visual based cartridge damper, adoption of the single tube shell case enables the use of wishbone type 46 and strut type 36. This leaves an extra space for larger pistons. Also this change allows for better heat dissapation, which prevents performance deterioration from hard runs. Special steel and anti-friction components are used to minimize friction.
[ 4. Specialized Pillow-Upper Mount ]
Application of the upper pillow upper mount allows you to have greater handling response, by minimizing upper chasis movement. Caster adjusment allows the correction of camber for further tuning ability. Caster adjustment plates are not included on all applications.
[ 5. Spring seat / lock seat ]
Each single full rotation equals 2mm drop. The adjusting locking seat allows for spring stress to adjust with out the necessity to change suspension position.
[ 6. Original spring ]
Tremendous enhancement in durablity resulted from a high quality surface processing. Constant testing resulted in a perfect spring rate for each application.

Perfromance Friction rotors allow you to retain the Stock STi Brembo Calipers (which are excellent pieces) while reaping all the benefits of a 2-piece rotor. They are 4.4 lbs. lighter per rotor than the stock pieces meaning that unsprung and rotational mass are dramatically decreased. This will create better feedback and improved handling. These rotors are also vaned to improve cooling over the stock pillared units. Finally, dimples ensure that your pads are adequately refreshed while maximizing surface of the rotor and preventing cracking (as compared to crossdrilled rotors).

Get the most from steering input with the addition of our PSRS system. Our system increases steering response in corners by adding additional caster angle, straight line performance by preventing lift when accelerating, and installs easily by eliminating the squishy factory rubber mount.. The increased width of plus size wheels adds enough leverage over the factory rubber mounts to literally pull the car side to side, even on slightly uneven pavement. This is extremely unnerving and can be completely eliminated with our PSRS system.
