Default Timing Belt Replacement.

This may be old, very old in 2005 talked about step by step for the SOHC engine timing belt replacement.

Beside that ST tool was different, I successfully replaced the belt and other items (excluded the oil assembly)....Yeah!

Huh, interestingly, that puts the question of interference vs. non-interference motor to rest as well. On page 10 of that, under the heading "Heavy Hitters", it state that the 1.8L and 2.2L motors are non-interference while the 2.5L motors are interference.

I'm just trying to decide if I should launch a preemptive strike against my headgaskets and replace them at the same time as the timing belt.

There are other archieve in the website...but not sure if you can find it.
