Default whats the difference

Between wrx and sti rear bumpers im looking at rear aprons for my car. And the one i want says it wont fit STI's but the bumpers look identical? .. can anyone help me ?

If you are referring to 06 WRX and STI, I believe the only difference is the fender flares. The bottom of the bumper is the same with maybe the exception of how the STI under tray connects.

They actually are different. The 2004-2007(and 04sti) rear bumpers are the same. The 05 and up did have those flares. The shape is off by a little so you have to get the 05+ sti rear aprons.

wrx and 04 sti rear aprons


05-07 sti only


if you want it to look right. get the ones that are made for your car.

I dont think itll go right with my lip? and skirts. it looks a little too much in the rear. or i can get the first ones and have my friend (body shop guy) mess with it.. hmmm
