Default Exhaust Question

I got a catless resonated side exit exhaust. It has a chrome tip, about 3 inch or so. Can I apply a silencer to this?

ahh i see. I dont know that you can put a silencer on that if its a custom made pipe. The only way that would work is if you custom fabbed a silencer to fit in there. And even then its probably not gonna do that much silencing.
