Default Time for tranny fluid change

Anyone used this before?http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=920674

While swapping my exhaust I checked the tranny fluid and it was low so time for a tranny fluid change. I know redline is good but there seems to be alot of different "cocktails" people use on the wrx 5mt. What are some of your experiences?

I have heard mixed things w/ Scottys Coctail. It is good, it is bad, it tears up the internals, blah blah. I would just stick with a good well known brand and call it good unless you are tracking your WRX alot or are agressive, then redline would be good. . I used Valvoline and have not had any problems.
