Default ej20k cam tuning

I had read somwhere that someone had used a n/a exhuast cam on their turbo engine set up. I was wondering if a ej25d exhuast cam would work well with my ej20k heads. I know that the buckets would have to be reshimmed. Also how would be the n/a cam would be benifitial to a turbo engine. Thanks for looking.

The EJ25D cams are not better than EJ20K cams but using a EJ25D exhaust cam instead of a EJ20G one will result in a slight improvement.

I am the guy using the NA exhaust cam with the offset lobes in twin turbo heads. Works fine, but have never had anything to compare it to, to say it is better or worse....

Yea I thought that is was you that had the na cam. What was your reasoning for using the na cam on the exhuast side.
