Default Apex-i N1 vs. Vibrant TPV

Which would you pick?

I might get a universal muffler put on to my cat-back and weld in a Vibrant performance bottle resonator to reduce the raspiness and sound just a little.

Anyone know if they are good quality?

I've read about the Apexi N1, good exhaust; but I don't know about Vibrant.

True, but it all depends on where you live.

I live in a place with nice cops; they know me.

So...Would a Vibrant TPV muffler be good as an Apexi N1, or is it like another ebay brand?
