Default legacy ss: is jecs better

im running 480cc injectors on my legacy ss and i need to make it not so rich so i put a jecs maf on it and grounded the blue wire.

no CEL but my narrowband shoes partly lean partly optimal when getting on boost but is it safe to run this jecs maf if im running 17 psi or should i go back to hitachi?

Get/borrow a wideband to start. And get a PP6 while you are at it. 17 psi is pushing it....

argh, no money atm! my 480cc's make my car extremely rich, my power mode barly ever comes on. my narrowband is pegged at rich when i get boost. but when i switched to jecs my narrowband shows optimal and a semi rich at idle.... then kinda good/lean for getting on boost.

i need to find someone who will let me use thiers

17psi on what turbo? That's out of the effciency range of the stock turbo and is generating a whole lot of extra heat and not very much (if any extra) power.

you got the chip? how's that working out? 17 psi is only at the mid range rpm's though right and then it fades out towards redline iirc anyway. so does that thing drink gas then
