Exclamation Saab 900 IC and STi Strut Brace fitment

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew if the Saab 900 IC topmount will fit if I have a STi front Strut brace... aluminium, carbon, titanium, whatever... (those all weigh and function the same don't they?).

If not, I think I might need a geniune STi topmount IC which will be 100000x more expensive

Let me know when you find out. As the used intercoller I got at the Junkyard has a hole in it.( hey what do you get for free???)

I think you can revers some of the strut braces and make them run over the TB if not I believe Cusco makes one that will fit.

The SAAB 900 intercooler gets very close to the point of touching the firewall if you don't cut it. That said, unless the strut bar will go over the TB, then it's not going to work. I'd show you a picture, but that part of my site is not back up yet.
