Which course is the E/F lot? Did we run there in either 07 or 08? I can't wait for this event this year because the S2000 is working so well.

Unfortunately, the E/F lot is the one we used last year (2008). The flatter A lot has always been my preference, but is not "available" for the Pro.

Sad to say, but many clubs never get anything even comparable the "E" part of the "E/F" lot to run on, so I really think it's a bit.... pretentious to say "unfortunately".

If E/F was good enough for RevItUp, why isn't it good enough for a ProSolo?

Well I'm happy to have the E/F lot to run on, but my torqueless wonder does better on the A lot. The DC Pro is always a blast though. Great people, great competition.

I liked the lots last year but the lot and course we ran in 07 was better IMO. Either way I am not going to complain as the site is great and the weekend is always a blast.

The last one was on E/F. I remember tackling the offcamber, downhill in the Corvette under the lights. People who'd run at FedEx before definitely had an advantage.

This'll be my second ever ProSolo, the first being the Finger Lakes event last year. I'm thinking I'll do the novice school again, if possible, to familiarize myself with a working light system.

Gonna be fun having probably one of the torquier cars in my class at least. ;-)

I'll be there, not driving a Subaru.

That torque and your awd launch will definitely be huge pluses. You should have a great shot in FSP Neil!

It's going to be a good event. Picked up Bartek's former Hoosier wets and Shawn and I will be getting our first set of A6's for the RX-8 in the coming weeks (switching from V710's). Hopefully we'll find the hoosier to be a faster tire for our driving styles.

Depends on the brand/year of Rev It Up.

With Mazda it was on A (and the Zoom Zoom live was on A also IIRC)

But the Chevy Rev It Up was on E/F.

From a worker standpoint I much prefer E/F

I'm in, but the codriver failed to launch (his entry in time). I'd be looking to split a room if anyone is interested......

In it, looking forward to a lot of fun in STU, and generally just fun at the event. The DC Pro is definitely one of the most fun events on the schedule.

Also of note, May 20th is the last day to cancel WITH A FULL REFUND! Just in case you guys weren't already aware.

Give it a couple of weeks and I bet you get in.

At least we're getting plenty of practice on the E/F lot here in D.C., although the A lot is definitely my favorite.

It already filled up? I was thinking that this would be like regular autocrosses where registering a couple weeks before the event would be fine. Guess I won't be checking out a pro solo then.
