Default 08 Rs brake drum swap

Hi all, I tried searching in here, but my friend has an 08 RS and wants to swap out his rear brake drums for disc brakes. Has anyone done this? is there a kit? if not, what parts are needed and what kind of cost is he looking at?

just trying to get him some ideas.

thanks for your help.
