Default Don't do business with ISC unless you want to wait 1-2 months for custom spring rate

Guys,

My advice is don't order ISC n1 coil overs with custom spring rates unless you are willing to wait at least 1-2 months. I ordered some on February 5, 2016 from Import Image Racing and was told 2-17 days to ship and receive. I wait patiently at day 17 I contact import image, they didn't have a time frame, didn't seem to care, and just said they'd be shipping soon. So when they don't arrive two days later I contact ISC no time frame, don't seem to care, shipping soon probably. Day 25 rolls around I contact Josh nahm via Facebook that owns IIR and they refund me the full 855.00. So good job on Josh for doing the right thing. Booooooooooo on ISC for their incompetence and bad customer service. IIR had also said that spring pre load would be all set and everything assembled on the coil overs so I could just put em on adjust ride height then get an alignment but ISC said no pre-load set must do it myself before install!

2 yr warranty? I'm looking for something with more. The only two I've found are ISC and fortune auto

I would take BC's with no warranty over ISC or Fortune. I beat the piss out of mine on my Spec E30 with zero problems. Actually, no one that I raced with had any problems.

To hell with it I went big and bought bilstein sport cups with rce black springs. Hopefully it won't make my Forester sit much lower than it already does. Although I'm thinking I'm going to need the nose dive and saggy butt spacers from subtle solutions 1" once to compensate probably for the 25mm drop front and rear.

So you're saying bc with swift springs wouldn't be a bad daily driver setup with say 7k front 7k rear springs on full soft on 2010 forester?
