Ordered F+R Whiteline strut braces, steering rack bushings, and some Goodridge SS brake lines from Josh. They all arrived within 2-3 business days! Very fast shipping and INCREDIBLE prices!

another plus for Josh at Import Image racing. I sent him a list of parts (tbe, apv2 gauges) and he sent me a price back that by far beat every vendor I had spoken to.

In addition to that he even he advised me that the tbe i was about to piece together would not work without modification and told me to get a different dp (which was cheaper than the one I was ordering). Advising a customer to do what is right even though you would make less money is something hard to come by these days. Props to Josh again for that. Also after I paid for the parts I asked a few questions via email and he responded almost instantly.

Parts got here in perfect condition on 05/05/09 and i ordered on 4/30/09.

Again great guy, great prices, fast shipping, and awesome customer service. Will def go with Josh again for my next set of upgrades.

thanks sir! i regularly will suggest a part that is cheaper. I can honestly say that i make enough and really as a business i rather have a long term customer then a one time deal. Just a car guy selling car parts

Recommended them to a friend for the purchase of an Innovate LC-1 WBo2. Price was good but service is a complete fail...

Order confirmation on April 20th - Called Monday May 4th wondering where it was, was told it was a drop ship item and they would check and call right back. No return call, AT ALL. Called again this morning and was told the same thing and was promised a return call. Nothing. Call was ignored SEVERAL times and finally gave up. At 5pm tonight a shipping confirmation was received via email - NOT from Import image.

Lets get some things straight - and I could give two god damn ****s less of your retaliation - you lost 3-5 peoples business because of this - The economy is in the tank, people are spending less money and this is how you take care of an order? Are you serious? If my friend would not have called or been persistent nothing would have got done, why did he have to wait 3 weeks and go out of his way because you failed to take care of things

DON'T!!! Go blaming it on Innovate, first and foremost if something was not shipped or they are at fault YOU should take care of the situation - if its backordered or a reason it cannot ship out - A very simple courtesy call/email would have done the trick.

THIS is why our country and economy is where it is, because business' are lazy and careless.

Thanks for absolutely nothing Import Image, you not only pissed off a good friend you made me, the Subaru community, and Innovate look bad. I will never do business with you and hope others see this and your negligent ways and stop buying your products as well.

Its sad that it came to this, but if I let it slide you will do it to others and continue to jack other around..

Btw, this cost him $150 for a dyno deposit, as we rented the dyno and wanted to have a permenately installed wbo2 to tune with/use rather than rely on/pay extra for the dyno wbo2 that may/may not be consistent with the one he purchased from you..


Today you lost quite a few customers and I'm not sorry...

I hope he responds - Its sad that it came to this - but they did nothing to make the problem better.

Its sad that injectors - a tuner view - heat wrap was ordered on the same day and ALL received that same week..

Maybe he should have taken more time and effort to fix the problem rather than to ignore it.

WE are the consumers and spend the money - if vendors want to stay in business they shouldn't do business this way or they will lose it..

Wow, I hope that this is an isolated incident. I have had many good experiences with Josh and I just referred a friend to him that was equally as happy with the way his coilover order was handled.

Josh has been super busy lately and is overall a great vendor, people love him on here. Ive never had a problem with him or his company at all and 99% of others havent. This happens overall in ALOT of companies where stuff like that happens you just dont hear about it as much. Im sorry you feel this way, next time go buy your parts somewhere else and pay more. This has NO effect on my decision to continue shopping with Josh and Import Image Racing. His customer service is A+. I know this wont effect my decision and hopefully not others.

Ive referred TONS of people to josh and they have nothing but good things to say about him and the way he handles his business.

You better put a flame suit also cause people will stand behind josh.

So because hes busy - he could have simply said he was swamped and he would get on it. Not I will check into it and call you right back.. And never do so..

Not answering the phone?

If he would have payed an extra $30 he would have saved $150 for his lost deposit...

I'm upset because of his actions for a customer.. America wonders why business' fail, its because of their lack of car or customer service..

3 weeks BY ANY MEANS is unacceptable for a vendor to ship a part - even if its drop shipped... Especially when no email or phone call was made to inform the buyer of the situation..

POOR customer service..

I work customers everyday and do EVERYTHING I can to make them happy, even if it means working 13+ hours (today) to finish something they wanted done.

I have nothing but good things to say about Import Image. I had trouble calling him, but understand that he can't be sitting at a phone all day. I just tried calling back until I got a hold of him.

If he told you the item was on backorder/drop whatever, why would you need him to call you right back. HE JUST TOLD YOU WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH IT.

My guess is, he has a huge number of customers (as per the awesome reviews he has all over this website alone).

My guess is our economy is in the toilet because whiny people with zero patience and understanding think the world owes them every little ounce of their attention.

I think three weeks is a highly acceptable time frame if something is not even available at the moment you order. Get over yourself.

edit* Wow, I just noticed you were from Effingham, IL. I'm embarrassed.

NO it was not on back order. HE NEVER said it was on back order.

Our economy is in the tank because all our work went over seas because we are lazy and don't take responsibility for our actions - that is another story.

There was only an email sent that said his order was completed. Then nothing. He called and "II" said that it was to be dropped shipped and he'd find out why it wasn't shipped and call right back.

HE DIDN'T call or email back.. For 3 days. My friend then called again and he said the exact same thing and NO call. He called several times after that to find out what was going on and no one answered.

3 weeks is NOT ok for a part to be drop shipped ESPECIALLY when NO notification was sent.

hi sir, we had the item drop shipped and forwarded you tracking on it. im sorry our supplier failed on us. we forwarded tracking and paid for expedited shipping. every once in a while things do happen. We do have support@importimageracing.com setup for customers to contact regarding support. we sell about 100k a week on this forum, things are going to happen. I'm not going anywhere, my customers get their parts or their $ back, thats how it is. I personally respond to 500 emails, 100 aim's, 250 pm's, + as many phone calls that i can get. Yes its correct, we do not always call you back if the answer is as simple as a tracking #, we email it to you. I am busy from the second i step in the door 9:30 am, til about 12:30 at night, we even work weekends. I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience that we have caused you! i have a ton of orders to get back to and shipping, have a great afternoon!

aww boo hoo. perhaps you should plan your modifications a little better...like not ordering stuff the day before you need it...cuz you already set up dyno time.

i have had an AMAZING experience with them..shoot, even had the wrong harness sent to me on accident (short instead of long - simple mistake) he sent me a FedEx Call tag the next day....only thing is fedex failed.

we had another package delivered earlier that day (dog kennel), no one was home to receive it so it say outside at my door...the Other FedEx driver came, slapped the label on the box of the kennel and took it!

josh ended up getting my kennel and shipped it back to me OUT OF HIS POCKET!

now tell me, do you think any other parts shop would do that?

doubtful..thats for sure

There's a great product they sell between Midol and Pamprin.....Its called Suck-it-the-F@@@-Up. You should get some

BTW Always get the parts first before you book a Dyno. A shop's responsibility is to get you the parts not call you and make you feel warm and fuzzy. Did your girlfriend get her part?? Yes??? So then the vendor did their job.

Josh is the man. I purchased the same item and recieved it in 2 days...

Sounds like it was out of his hands, but as soon as it was brought to his attention he resolved it. While it is his responsibility, he can only do so much.

What kind of person orders parts and doesn't even think to call when they don't recieve them when they need them? Why didn't you call him 1-2 days before and say, "hey, my parts still aren't here. I need them overnighted"

I bet he really wants to help you out now that you've acted like a clown.

Even if the OP does have a few friends that will go elsewhere for business, Josh has yet to lose any customers. It will just be another vendor that gains a few headaches instead. The time that may be wasted to sooth someone elses poor planning can be well spent to reach out to other potential customers for a chance to earn their business.In which can yield even greater results.

Josh has always worked hard to get us parts when needed. I just spoke to him earlier this week looking for parts. He told me he would not be able to help when I spoke to him.I repsct that and will continue to do business with him.

Josh is the man, I ordered my EWG setup threw him because of all the great reviews/word on the street. I had a great experience, and plan on ordering more parts threw importimage.

I guess lesson learned for the OP, don't rent/buy dyno time until you have everything your going to put on your car in front of you.

You are probably one of those people that bitches at the waiter about the food when the cook is the one that screwed it up.
