got some more stuff from importimage recently and once again greatest experience with a vendor, talked via PM at 11:30 placed my order at about midnight tuesday night by friday i had my SS lines. first vendor i will go to for anything. maybe some harness soon gatta take a look. Oh yea and great prices.

Your service has been great in the past but this time not so good. I ended up going with a vendor a bit more expensive but he provided the service I needed. Maybe next time.

yes sir sean, sorry special order parts do take a while thanks for understanding that i do not have control over manufacturers and how long they take to get certain items.
sean you have had what 15-20 orders from me, we delivered promptly on all of them...stoptech sent the wrong rotors, i ate the cost on it and fixed it, sorry not as soon as you wanted, but they can be slow getting those special parts out. i take responsibility for it.

screw ups done via other companies take phone calls and time to fix...these parts do not grow on trees, and we thank you for understanding that

I've been working 7 days a week for over a year now...its time i take some time off on the weekends and have some time for myself. I appreciate all of my customers! whether its a fuel pump or a turbo kit, i always take care of it, even if i have to give money back...not a problem. Maybe we are being under appreciated, Since we are the only ones open and helping on the weekends. Our prices are great, service is great, i won't accept anything less. It sure is nice to be able to help my customers 7 days a week.

Not to beat a dead horse. Simply communicating that your having issues with suppliers would have been helpful. I understand your a small business and have issues, but at least reply and let me know it may take awhile, instead of not replying at all. You've been great in the past and I'll probably be back to try to buy parts. lol

sorry for you feel that way, we'll be here as usual

1 guy
2-300 emails per day
over 1000 im's sent per day
over 200 pm's answered every day
i box, ship, label, send all in stock items, send tracking
50+ phone calls per day
it can get a little hectic, and i appologize for not responding right away.
Unless im in an airplane or at a place that has no cell service i always respond to calls/voice mails
I usually pick up the phone (unless im on the phone with another customer, and then i will call you back when i receive the voicemail or missed call)
I do my best to handle everyone individually, on the flip side i could hire employees, then that personal level of service that i've worked hard to build would be out the door...
so i'll keep it this way and work hard everyday.

I understand.. All I was looking for was a little bit more communication.. I sent several emails and left several voicemails and had no response.... 2 months later the rotors showed up at my door....

unfortunately that was one of those times where even if i gave stoptech 1 million dollars for your brake rotors...it wouldn't have been any faster sorry again.

Finally got my up/downpipe in today (2 weeks later).

First off I got a really good price for them. I do thank you for that. And i was excited to see the great reviews he/the company has.

But.....

I contacted Josh a week later and asked where my shipment was he said it was probably gonna be a couple extra days cause of the holiday. I said ok. thinking nothing of it. i had forgotten about the businesses having a shorter week. then i contacted him a couple days later saying i still haven't received a shipment and he contacts me with a fedex tracking #. so i think ok. he's just showing me that it'll be here in the next few days. Nope. It had gotten sent the previous day so i had to wait another week for it.

So I ordered the product on June 29th. Expected it to be sent out June 30th(like he said) and delivered around 7th-8th. Didn't get sent until July 7th. Didn't receive until July 15th.

I think i still may order from you again. stuff happens. just don't leave me waitin for two weeks.

edit: he told me if i wanted it sooner should have ordered overnight shipping. WTF? I shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks for something that takes 5 days. especially since he told me it was shipped when it wasn't. everytime i talk to him it seems like he's being a dick.

I just shrugged this off as a "hey things happen kind of thing" but when you tell me its my fault for not getting it when you said it would be delivered and (seemingly) acting like a dick to me. that changes things. Poor customer service FTL!!!!!

I AM NOT ORDERING FROM HIM OR IMPORTIMAGE AGAIN.

Iíve never had a problem with Import Image and I have ordered all my parts with them. The one time there was a small issue Josh took care of it right away. Best pricing and service with IIR and a true enthusiast to boot!

so you ordered on a sunday...which we are the only ones even remotely open to process orders...you do know that saturday and sunday nothing counts as shipping because ups and fedex are closed right? shipped within 4 business days, and it takes 5 days to get to you in washington. we sent you fedex tracking and it was delivered promptly.

like we said if you needed overnight shipping, you could have paid for it. we're sorry that it wasn't faster but it was very busy, we gave you an awesome deal on the parts, oh im sure you wouldn't want to mention that ...

see i give great deals, i have the drop shipper, ship as fast as they possibly can, they can be slightly slow, and i get a bad wrap...awesome.

another reason why i shouldn't give deals or be open weekends as im being under appreciated.

guys im 1 guy here...i dont rip anyone off, everyone gets their parts. if there is a problem please call me at 239 540 6385 i always take care of it...
i find it ironic...no one has chimed on and said "Josh took his own $ out of his pocket when ups broke my items or a "x manufacturers" part came and was defective and sent me a new one so i didnt have to wait for a replacement"

It saddens me to hear this negativity when i work from 10am til midnight everyday just to make this happen. im sorry if i've disappointed some of you, i assure you, you will know when i have an item in stock because it gets shipped the same day. We do have to drop ship items, and some of the companies may take a day or two to do so and provide me with tracking.

bottom line is, if you place your order with import image, you get a great deal, good service, and you never have to worry about not getting your parts because we have never ripped anyone off...EVER!

I will continue to work hard and improve on my items in stock so i can cut out the other suppliers as they are what is getting me the "bad feedback"

Josh is by far the best around and he truely cares about his customers. I ordered some gauges one time and it was on a friday night at like 1am his time, he was there and ready to make some deals, he had it in stock as he stated and i got it from FL to CA by wednesday. talk about deals and good customer service.

i don't think you understood me. or refuse to see what i'm saying. Yes I paid you the money on Sunday the 29th. And in the message saying i paid you i said i hope this gets sent out tmr (the monday the 30th). you said it would be no problem.

I contacted you a week later asking where my shipment was. You explained to me that the business week was shorter since it was the holiday. I understood that, knowing i forgot it was a holiday week.

I contacted you a few days after that asking where my shipment was and you told me to give my full name so you could give me a tracking number. I replied to you got no response (on the 7th) replied back to you on the 8th with the same thing and you sent the fed ex tracking #

when i looked at it it said the item was shipped on the 7th (not the 30th like we agreed on). and i finally get the item yesterday. so tell me why this is my fault.

you refused to answer some of my pm's even if sent twice. you throw the blame on me. all you had to do was say hey its been hectic and i forgot to get your order out. thanks for bringing it to my attention and it will be sent out promptly. i would have been happy with that. i'm not trying to make you look bad, i'm just a little ticked with the customer service and you throwing the blame on me which was clearly no my fault.

like i said i'm not trying to bash you and it seems at a lot of these complaints you get its from you not telling them that there is a problem getting it from the supplier. if you take 10sec to pm us and say hey ran into a snag will fix promptly. most everyone will be happy with that. I've been ordering from Import Image for the past 7 months. I've placed over $10,000 worth of orders and I plan on coming back for more. Josh always gives me the best prices, top notch customer service, and fast delivery(especially when the item is in stock)! I recommended him to all the locals and everyone loves his service. not to be an import image nut swinger, but the guy gives pretty much his life to the company. I have talked to him on aol on weekends many times. There arent a lot of vendors that you know on a first name basis, aol screen name, and personal phone number.

Getting that pissed that soemthing took 2 weeks over a holiday weekend is a bit extreme.

His prices are pretty much the lowest, the service is good, what more can you ask for?

its all good man. i know you are a hard worker and are the only one working in your company and i appreciate people who devote their time to their customers. Like i said everytime. I was willing to use you again as it seemed this was one of those random mishaps. but when i got the blame thrown on me when it wasn't my fault. that set me off. but i am still looking for a reputable vendor as my "go to guy" for parts. and when i placed my initial order i always seemed to be brought back to your company when searching review and other thread. unfortunately i don't need anything now. but i will give you a pm when something else comes up that i need.

hope theres no bad blood between us. you seem like a great guy and lets just put this behind us.
