i ordered my turbo inlet pipe and afta maf hose from Import Image. And not only is it the cheapest price around, but also better quality than some higher priced turbo inlet/ afta maf. And to top it all off it was FASSSST service and shipping. I really an impressed with them and i am looking foward to doing buisiness with you in the near future!!! Thank you guys!!!

Ordered my timing belt from them and put that I was a member on NASIOC in the comments box. I got an email back saying that, because of my comments, my order was being processed ASAP! I had the belt in hand (and in the car) 3 days later.

I ordered a radiator from this vendor and the fan bolts that were supposed to come with the radiator didn't come with it. When I called to explain the situation, I was told to call the manufacturer for the status. First of all, that is the vendor's job.

Secondly, when I finally got in touch with the manufacturer I was told the bolts would take at least 10 days to ship.

I called import image again and left a couple messages to explain the situation and haven't heard back.

The radiator looks great and the prices were great, but the customer service is definitely lacking. I'm not very likely to do business with the vendor again.

yesterday was hurricane fay in which we lost power and our phones were down. so even though there was a natural disaster you still got in touch with us and you received a radiator promptly, Mishimoto must not have put he screws in the box as we do not open them. Mishimoto and I are sold out of the radiator kits. mishimoto is going to send you the correct bolts because they are out of them and you magically expect us to make new ones appear even though they are sold out of the US.? thats why they are taking 10 days to ship to you. we delivered the parts promptly, all you had to do was give mishimoto a quick call, they solved the problem for you and even gave you the correct dimensions on screws if you could not wait the 10 days. im very sorry they are sold out. so because you do not have screws we are horrible. point noted. I will happily give you the $2 to get the correct screws from the local hardware store.

My car wouldn't be where it is right now if it wasn't for his great prices and customer service.

He almost always responds backs to my PMs within usually an hours time, the shipping is also top notch. Orderd the DOM III from him and was told it would take a little longer to be shipped since I was having the WG welded shut and it arrived at my door step literally less than 48 hrs later.


Would highly recommend him to anyone on the forum

I never received the correct dimensions for the bolts and I'll gladly accept $2 for them. It's not just the lack of bolts that was disappointing, it was having to waste my time making phone calls and now having to make a trip to the hardware store with radiator in hand to find the right sized bolts.

well both myself and mishimoto are very sorry that we do not have anymore available for the next 10 days. i personally do not know the dimensions of the bolts, but ryan at mishimoto said he provided them for you. not a problem we'll credit your card we just refunded you for the bolts. let me ask ryan if he has the dimensions as he is online right now

I just recently(about a week or two ago) ordered an Innovate LC-1 WBO2 w/ red DB gauge from Import Image Online. I know businesses don't usually give out tracking numbers so I don't usually ask for them since I haven't really had a problem with it before. So about a week and a half go by after ordering the part and I still don't have my WBO2. I send them an email asking where it was. It seemed like whoever they normally use either forgot to ship it or didn't have it in stock(he didn't specify when he replied to the email). I sent them an email even before I ordered the gauge to make sure they had it in stock and they said they did, so I'm guessing that they just forgot to ship it...even though my order status said "ships tomorrow" like forever. Anyways, after informing me that it hadn't been shipped yet, he told me that he was going to have another shipper send it out(I think directly from Innovate). With this email came a tracking number and everything. So overall I would do business again. There was a slight mixup but they made it right once it was brought to their attention.

Placed an online order for GrimmSpeed uppipe, Autometer bezel pod, and some gaskets from Import Image a couple of weeks ago. Josh contacted me shortly after to let me know that the uppipe is out of stock. A couple of days later he sent me another email, notifying that he heard from GrimmSpeed and that the UP is on its way. I received it few days after that. Other parts came in before the UP, 3-4 business days after I placed the order. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Josh kept me in the loop and because he did, I did not mind the wait. Will certainly order from him again. Thanks Josh!
