When placing the order originally I did not place a phone order. I sent the money for downpipe and uppipe together on the 6th of July thinking you had both in stock. Why did you not call them and have it shipped out right when I sent the money? You waited until I received my package that I thought was both the downpipe and uppipe and complained to you that I had not received my full order. It should have been shipped last week when I placed the order not a full week after. Order placed July 6th then shipped July 14th?

UPDATE ON MY FORGE BPV ISSUE:

IIR did ultimately send me the correct valve, overnight, as they said they would. Thank you. I have to give credit where it's due, and they followed through in their word.

It is so damn unfortunate to hear that other people are having the same relative issues I was having. SubaruDemon lost a tune day and I lost a track day. IIR has great prices, but you guys can do better than you are on customer service. Too many issues guys.

I do thank you for following through on your end, but I won't be bringing my business back. Take care. I will close the PayPal dispute this evening.

yes im excited for our new team member matt to start training support next week. between that and converting to a new system which has better order tracking, it will be much improved...well that and we went back to our original shipping person, the new guy messed up too much (your whole issue would have been fine if he didnt send the dang wrong valve) growing pains

in all honesty i wish the happy guys would post, usually you dont hear anything unless its bad, thats how the biz goes.

I'm still happy with the fact that Josh took my call over christmas eve and my coils arrived on time and in great shape. now If you can find some LSD's for 08+ wrx's i'll be happier.

Just ordered a downpipe and uppipe from iir today. Josh gave me a great deal! I'm paying as much for new parts(including gaskets/bolts) as I would for used parts. He also helped me with my uppipe choice. So far so good, will give final review upon parts arrival. I'm expecting great things.

It would help if you told your customers about this before they place an order especially the usual time it takes for a manufacturer to send the item. I am grateful that I got refunded some money in general even if I am losing more as well but was very frustrated to begin with. That said I am willing to take back the negative itrader review because you guys did reimburse me at least partially if you would do the same for mine.

No shop has the inventory you think they do.

And everyone that drops ships claims the drop shippers inventory as their own. Thats the better business model as it saves everyone money on shipping costs and brings savings to the customer.

The shops that I have previously dealt with have all had my stuff in stock. I would like to be told that my part is not in stock and needs to be ordered from a different company seeing as the shipping is not in their hands, especially when I order my parts in a hurry. I am getting over being angry as it wont cancel my order or make the downpipe come any faster. The company did do a good job on trying to get it here faster and refunding my money to keep me happy. Overall, they tried as best they could and in my negative feedback post I am more mad than anything. I feel I should give credit where it is due, although this could have been a smoother purchase.

Josh, I sent you an email about a product problem (SO EVERYONE KNOWS, IT WASN'T JOSH'S FAULT, JUST MANUFACTURER FITMENT ISSUE).

I ordered some parts from Josh around the 4th of July weekend and coincidentally during the same time they were moving. Due to a communication issued between Josh and myself (more me I think) only my downpipe shipped and not the rest of my order. I was unaware the rest of my order had not shipped until after I got the tracking info for the downpipe. After a few more communication issues and a couple of more days, Josh refunded my money for the rest of my parts that wouldn't arrive before my tune appointment.

Now I have ordered from Josh numerous times, hell back in 06 he shipped me a Stoptech stage2 kit for my WRX with FREE shipping to Germany when I was stationed there. I am just thinking this was a one time issue and I definitely plan on using IIR many more times to come. Sucks I had any issues but Josh made them right and I know it wont happen again.

Uppipe just came in today as expected, everything's there, looks great, and the box it was shipped in was filled with those peanut things for safety. I also love the smell of the paint in this thing. iir has earned my respect and repeat business.

A disaster from DDM on a set of HID's caused me to be very weary with purchasing HID's online again. Import Image stepped in and completely changed my opinion. They answered every question I asked, no matter how absurd. From the time I purchased the HID's to when they arrived on my door step was three days, incredible.
