In the box delivered to me, it shows the old 150psi pump. moreover, the accessories looks old and does not seems to be nickel plated.

In order for to protect myself from IIR playing punk, I lodge a dispute with paypal. (Paypal is the best)

Paypal rule the case in my favour and refunded me the money I paid to IIR if I can prove that I send the item back.

Of course I submit some photos of the AWB and receipt and paypal accepted them as proof.

Now IIR conveniently ignored all my chaser emails.

Perfect. I got scam! by a supposedly reputable online vendor.

IIR could have just email me- hey dude, i will ignore you because i got my item back at your cost so no losses for me. it is our policy man.

IIR say something.... dun just ignore like a *****.





I have used rallispec, pure-tuning.com, grimmspeed, tic-concepts, and some others with no such issue.



*in addition, I emailed coolingmist dave to ask for some info about the coolingmist kit and he shrug it off by saying pls resolved it with the place you bought it from. WTF is that?

I wanna stick up for this guy. It feels like your just a number when you order through them. Granted sometimes he does have the lowest prices. I feel like more and more negative reviews are comming out about them.

So Im going to finish this off like this yes he is cheaper then everyone else but you have to wonder why, I feel like IIR is the TJ Max of the car parts world. Then when theres a issue he, it takes weeks to figure out. extra shipping and also then you have to contact the manufacturer directly. Im sure there more threads out there on this subject but Im not gonna waste my time.

No clue what talking about on the wholesale account thing. Im just one guy who reads stuff and likes to repost. Call me a active critic of retail world. Your right you do a lot of sales. And your right a lot of people dont leave feed back, unless they are really really pissed, or really happy, because you are providing average service. Thats why fortune 500 companies are going out of their way to provide 5 star service. Example, AT&T, Verzion, T-Mobile, Sprint. At the end of day all the parts are the same. And me personally I would rather pay more for the same product and have awesome customer service standing behind it. For example, rally sport direct is awesome they always stand behind their products 100% and if theres a issue with install, they help, if theres a issue with wrong parts, they fix it asap and they cover shipping charges. They go out of their way to help you, and thank you for your business constantly. I understand your just trying to defend your self here but these are your reviews. And your right its in the hands of the customer.

I think HIS point was THE WHOLE KIT LOOKED LIKE JUNK, AND YOU SENT THE WRONG PUMP IN THE KIT, and instead of offering a NEW KIT, YOU OFFERED JUST A PUMP. Im not making any sort of accusations, Im just COPY and PASTING, and READING. So please dont take offense. I understand your just trying to defend your self here but these are your reviews. And your right its in the hands of the customer.

I used a cell company because I can almost promise you everyone has been pissed off by a cell phone provider. Its what you do to right after the wrong after its happened, that keeps the customer or lets them walk, and your 100% right its only the people you really make mad, and the people that you really make happy that make the difference.

I'm not sure what some of these negative reviews are about, I've spent about $1200 at IIR over 3-4 purchases in the last 3 months. I've had received nothing less than excellent service and communication from Josh. He will continue to be the first vendor I go to when looking to price out a mod.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service and communication from IIR. Even when something is out of their hands Josh has been completely upfront with me. The last transaction involved ordering a part that Josh informed me up front to expect a delay on. Each time I contacted them for an update Josh quickly followed up with me and checked with the manufacturer. Yesterday I decided to cancel my transaction and within an hour Josh had made the refund. I have nothing but good to say about them.

I'd like to chime in that my recent experience was fantastic with IIR. A minor blooper occurred with running my card more than once and Josh called me immediately to let me know what was going on.

Everything arrived very quickly and in good shape - couldn't be happier.

I placed my order after some discussion with IIR via this forum PM on Sunday late evening...... Then I got the UPS tracking number on Monday evening. IIR is very delicated to providing good service and extremely fast delivery. And not to forget, the BEST price quoted.

I had bought many items from IIR through these years..... He had always maintain (or improve) his service level.

I just placed my 4th or 5th order with Josh and the IIR Monday and I'm sure when I get it tomorrow, it'll be perfetc like all my other purchases from them. If something were to go wrong with them in a future order, I sure as hell would give them the chance to resolve it for me before jumping to disputes. I feel like they go out of their way to help me out and that's very much appreciated seeing as how my business strives off of exceptional customer service.

Best dealer around! I use to shop a lot of the popular websites, but now I only purchase products from IIR. If you can find it on there website, Ask and trust me they will have it or something similar. Best prices around! Everything ships super fast and super safe. More than impressed with this companies level of customer service. I have to admit, they know my cars make and model now as soon as I mention my name. That's how much I shop there.

Once again Josh at IIR is the man. Was going to order some para from a different company but figured I'd check with Josh so I shot him a PM at night and before I went to bed he got back to me to let me know he was checking to see if he has the parts. He got back to me the next morning 1st thing with unbeatable pricing and shipping.

Placed my first order with Josh and I screwed up a few things but he was cool about it. He always got back to me quick and we figured my order out. Ordered clutch and flywheel on Thursday got it on Tuesday. Great price. Great service. Fast shipping. Will order from Josh again.
