Default Low Boost on 05 Cobb STI Stage 2

I have not been paying attention to my boost guage for some time now however the car has felt a little sluggish lately so I was watching the boost guage to red line a few times and I'm only hitting 0.07mpa (~10psi). This is with a Stage 2 map installed. It also seems like its slow getting form 0.05 to 0.07. I suspect I might have a boost leak somewhere or maybe an exhaust leak or something. Anyone have any input on what I should do to diagnose the problem? I would like my car to get its boost back. I've also got the Cobb Stage 2 access port map on it so as I understand it I should be pushing around 17psi so I'm suffering a pretty huge boost loss right now. Should I try the Cobb map for cars that are experiencing underboost? I have not tried this yet.

I hooked up the Access Port and datalogged on my drive home today and wt WOT redline I'm only getting 12.0psi of boost, The map I'm running says it hsould get ~17. I think I'm leaking boost somewhere but I'm not sure where? Does anyone have any ideas where I should start checking other then that obvious. Also does anyone have a leak tester in the Duvall, WA area I could borrow to try and track this down. 10 PSI is less then a stock STI and its killing me having to drive the car this way

I would suggest trying what COBB recommends:
Adjusting the facotory boost control
http://www.cobbforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32552

and

Verify your car is properly maintained. Oil change, spark plugs, fuel filter, etc.

You said at redline you're getting 12 PSI? Isn't it supposed to taper off by then?
