Default 89 justy efi swap help

hey guys
i have aquired an 1989 Justy GL ecvt carbed!
bad news is the trans is whooped!
i have a efi j12 engine with a good trans (also poop ecvt 2wd.)
is the an easy way to swap to efi from carbed?
I have knowticed the engine wiring harness IS different from carb to efi.
i would prefer a 5 spd if someone has that laying around.
i want to get this thing rolling soon!

I don't know the answer to you exact question...

...but I do know that the carb'd head bolts to the EFI block. I've read of that hybridization done when someone blew a bottom end on an 88, but had a 91 EFI motor to replace it with.
