Default Blowing wiper fuse when launching...

After some searches I couldn't really relate my problem to others. When taking off hard, my radio will shut off momentarily and turn back on and continue to play. It also resets my radar detector which is hard wired into the radio power harness. The main issue tho is my wiper fuse will blow. I can't use the wiper or washer at all, but the radio, radar detector work. When I replace the fuse i get my wipers back.

I know its a short, but I just want to see if I'm overlooking anything before I drive 80 miles to take it in to get checked. If it's blowing fuses when I launch it must be a wire moving right? Also note that I just had the motor pulled - head gaskets done a month ago, so could it be in the engine bay?

I spent 2 hours last night pulling the dash apart and checking for loose connections. I had the whole radio console out as well. while I was there I dressed any loose wires, taped a few things to be more secure and I still have the problem.

Knowing this, the radio and the wipers are on a different circuit but they must be connecting right? or something with the same grounding/power source...

Any help would be great, really would like to see if it's something I can handle before I try and take it in for service.

I assume this trouble started happening after the service work. I would check for the trouble under the hood. Look for wires touching the exhaust system or pinched wires near the fire wall.

I certainly will be looking under the hood. I have focused a lot inside. Thanks

Did you tap that circuit for anything?

Checked them all except for the pitch stop to firewall. This one makes the most sense because of the 'only upon acceleration' issue. Should get to it tomorrow. Any more suggestions feel free. I'll let you know...
