I reciently have been dealing with Tibor Apro Owner & Founder of Q-Rack. (www.q-rack.com) Every time you call the company the Owner will always answer. He will talk to you for as long as you want and answer all your questions in great detail. He truly cares about his customers and what they think. He has a great small company and his product is AMAZING. I strongly recommend Q-Rack to anyone. He will go out of his way to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Before and after I bought the rack was always very nice. After I had it installed he even checked back with me and asked how I liked the rack.
I wish every company I dealt with was as nice and helpful as Tibor Apro.
