Exactly. The engine in the 335i displaces 3.0L.

Perhaps they're just calling it Z4 3.5 to help it fit into the lineup despite it having a 3.0 twin-turbo engine.

Definitely.

As far as the drive, though, apparently it is much more SLK than Boxster in terms of feel. The softer, nicer, gentler, BMW.

wrong. the cheapest way is actually cobalt SS w/ mods. STI is way overpriced if u want budget performance.

Or I could spend half as much you did on your STi and murder you with a Fox body Mustang.

See? Same tired, retarded argument.

I could get a crotch rocket for half as much as your Mustang which would be twice as fast as the Mustang.

we just got the first one in at my job, those pics do not do it any justice. the car is gorgeous imo, in person. ill admit those pics look a bit off, and in person there is no wheel gap. I didnt get to drive it yet

but no, its not a 3.5 tt as far as i know, same motor as the 135/335. 3.0 twinturbo, i could be wrong though. oh and the price on ours is $59k

I was just expanding on your point of there being more to vehicles than speed.

Ok. I was just trying to point out the ignorance of his argument, not trying to one-up him by any stretch. I think the "well if I take X car for X dollars less and mod it, it will be better than Y car that costs Y dollars more" arguments are ignorant at best. There's always something faster for cheaper. That's not the point.
