mr_subaru_rs Scooby Newbie Member#: 142872 Join Date: Mar 2007 Chapter/Region: W. Canada Location: Calgary Vehicle: 1999 Impreza 2.5RS Silverthorn	99-2.5RS with 02-RS Engine - Intake question Long story short i needed to do a engine swap. My current engine is from a 2002 Impreza and it is a 2.5L SOHC. I am using the same ECU, bolt on accesories, transmission, intake manifold(i think). The question is do i need to buy an intake for a 99RS or 2002 Impreza? Im leading towards the 99RS version simply because im using the ECU.
