Not sure im not a subie expert i dnt work on my own car i assume my mechanic had to unplug the battery forcing him to have to reflash the ecu i could be wrong someone chime in?

What wires? If you have coil on plug there aren't any spark plug wires.

Not sure i had a cel he told me he changed plugs and wires code came back with a misfire code he then changed all 4 coil packs now he cant reflash the comp. I dont know why he had to reflash it in the first place but now he cant any idea of what could cause these things?

Im new to subaru had the car for allmost a year traded my 350z for it
