Did you try resetting the ECU?

IE Disconnecting the battery and waiting a few minutes. Then start the car and it shouldn't bog. Let it idle for about ten minutes and you should be good to go. If this works, I'd put the SRI back on and try the same thing.

Ok its running pretty good now. I put the SRI back on and im not sure if i want to keep it on or not. It seems like it takes longer to rev and it backfires more.

Anytime you go between the two, you need to reset the ECU so the computer can adjust to the new intake.

I'd either stick with stock or use the airbox and the pipe from the SRI to combine the two into a hybrid. This eliminates the accordion tubing from the stock intake.

The tube i was using was for a 2.5 and i had to kind of rig the vaccuum lines and i didnt really like that. Also the tube was too short to reach the airbox. Im using the stock tube with the open element filter and its great.
