Default 02 WRX gearbox/rearend/axles/etc

I'm listing these parts for a good friend of mine. He bought a 2002 WRX to turn into a rally car/TSD car for his shop and is swapping in an EG33 engine and STi six speed drivetrain.

These parts are from his car, who's engine is for sale at this link for reference:

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...2#post26690802

The drivetrain has 170K miles on it. For sale are:

-five speed gearbox
-shifter assembly
-driveshaft
-rear axles
-rear hubs
-flywheel(and clutch if you want it)
-starter
-rear end

He says the car does not grind and just had a recent fluid change. 1st is a little tight to get into gear until you slow down a bit, but does not grind going in.

He can take pictures of the components if requested.

He'd like $700 plus shipping for the gearbox. All the other listed parts are included in that price for the buyer. Reasonable offers will be considered.

The transmission is still int he car and he plans to keep it there for a couple weeks at least until he starts the swap(unless the motor or transmission sells, at which point he'll immediately remove the sold components). he's doing it this way so that anyone who wishes to come see/listen/drive the car to test the drivetrain can do so.

You can contact him by phone at 518-225-8384, name is Adam Hennessy. You can alos ask questions here and I will relay them to him. Very nice guy, highly trustworthy. He's been working on my cars for the longest time now

Thanks!

I actually just spoke with him about that later tonight and told him the other parts might not be of much use to people here, so he said he'd take $500 for the transmission alone.

If you want it, call him ASAP. If you're willing to pick it up I'm sure he'll be more than willing to fit the car into his shop schedule and yank the transmission out for you pretty quick.

Hey just checking to make sure everything is still good with me getting the tranny. I called and was told that friday I would get a call to set things up and never got a phone call. Just wanted to make sure everything is still good and see when I can come up and get the transmission. I have the money and would like to have the tranny this weekend... Let me know, my number is 570 418 0474, if I don't answer leave a message and I will get back to you within an hour or 2. Thank you.

Josh
