Default HID wiring diagram help.

I've seen this diagram recommended several times on this site:

I'd like to build and wire in this harness to my bugeye, but had a few questions.
What is a "high beam selenoid"? Would I interpret this simply as the high beam bulb?
What amp/voltage should the relays be?
What about the fuse?
Also, where can I get automotive relays?

Any input is appreciated,
Thanks.

the "high beam solenoid" is for bi-xenon projectors only. It mechanically moves the cutoff shield out of the way when high beams are activated. You can get relays at any automotive store, standard relays are fine. I believe they are rated at 30A. as for the fuse, I'm not sure, I just asked that question in another thread and I'm waiting for an answer
