Post Please Advise: 30K Tune Up plugs and fluids your suggestions

I approaching the 30K mark on a MY99 and don't want to take it to the dealer$$$hip. I'm going to have... er ASK ... BT Tuning do it for me another i-cluber in Western MA.

What spark plugs do you guys recommend?

Center diff. fluids (if it's really needed).

Where'd you get your fuel filters?

Am I forgetting anything. Oil change (every 2500!), Tranny fluid, radiator flush?

Specific Brands, wieghts, etc much appreciated!

Thank New England!

NGK plugs.
Amsoil air filter is ordered from Amsoil. Get a filter oil kit for it too...

It would be a good time for synthetic gear oil and tranny fluid. I think the radiator is flushed and refilled. Same with brake fluid...

You might try www.subaruparts.com for the Subaru parts. I've had good luck with them and their prices are fair.

Roger-
Any part numbers for NGK plugs?

I've got a Pipercross Cone filter from Rallispec on a Minnam Intake, so I'm just going to clean it again.

I've heard mention of Redline fluids, etc. Do you think it's worth the money, or should I stick with 'stock' fluids? If you've used Redline, can you provide me with the correct one's to use. I remember seeing something about sycro's grinding if you choose the wrong fluid type?

Joe- Thanks for the source and review of their service.
