Those would be RE92's in the 16" variety vs. my old 15"'ers. And, I did my brake pads while I was at it. I'm glad I did because the fronts had 1/16th of an inch left (original at 85k miles) max. Very pleased so far, didn't realize how old/squirrely my old tires were.

That looks really cool! With so many people getting new rims on their WRX's, that was a really good idea.

Hey Jim,

You goin to be in my area any time this week?

I've got a side marker/blinker conversion project in the works, and I'd like to see what the bulb socket is like in your legacy, to see if it will fit in my side markers.....or if I'll have to get creative.

Lemme know.....shoot me a call if you got time.

Thanks

Josh

Work or home area? Either way, I could probably stop by on my way to or home from school. Lemme know, name a time/place.

Jim

Edit: School = Monday and Wednesday

I guess it doesn't matter.

I'm at work till about 3:30 usually.....if you know you're goin to be near the galleria area, you could stop by work.

However it'd probably be better if you stop by the apt.....I'll need to take the side marker out so I can look at the bulb socket to see if they are similar.

Take the side marker out?! Are you crazy?! Hmmmmm, let me make sure I have the time, what with my pregnant wife and all. Speaking of that, the only reason I had time to do the brakes/wheels was that she started having some contractions the night prior (saturday night) and we cancelled all the stuff we were going to be doing Sunday. Anyway, I might not be getting to your apartment until 8 pm on those nights, so let me see what's doable.

Ok....whatever works for you.

Shouldn't take more then 10 minutes.....all I have to do is take a screw off on mine.....I'm sure yours is similar.
