My Volk center caps aren't fitting..?

So I took my wheels and center caps in to the tire place that balanced/mounted my tires on my 18x9 +35 SEIBON edition TE37's, I gave them the # 4 centercap on this list. They will not fit, it looks like a perfect fit, I have the rubber gaskets on there all lubricated, ready to pop in, but they just won't go in for some reason... Am I missing something?

Hmm...they're a pretty tight fit on there. Did you try sliding one end in first then using a rubber mallet and towel to tap in the other side? They should be really tight. You can only get them out by tapping them out from the inside of the wheel.

Either that or you have the wrong rubber gaskets on there. There's a thicker one and a thinner one. An extra one should've came in the box. I had to use the thicker ones to fit my re30's without it popping out. Maybe you need to have the thinner gaskets on there?

Looks like you got the wrong caps...
Volk uses specific caps for their wheels are the majority of the time

According to Volk. Those caps (GT Low) are designed for
TE37 19" only

The 18x9 +35 TE's require
A-Flat Type caps

Give the company you bought them from a call and have them send you the correct caps.

I've had those #4 GT lows on my CE28s in 17 inch.
