Default Cash for Clunkers Bill in the Congress:

Our government just gets smarter and smarter day by day. . .

http://www.miamiherald.com/business/story/1047354.html

If this passes into a law then I am going to go out and buy the worse POS old car that I can find for under $700 and get a $4500 voucher from the government to buy a new car.

They are on to you my friend...You have to own it for a specified period of time. Like 18months to 2 years.

The old car has to get 18mpg or less. The accord wont work. Sucks doesnt it...otherwise I would be trading in my 1997 outback with 232000 miles that spits gas everywhere
