I did my clutch, it's not bad if you have the space/time/tools. Took me 3 days in the freezing cold to do it by myself with the wrong tools . I think it could probably be done in a day with the right ones

You got a place to do it? I'd be willing to help for a few hours, as long as it's not for a couples weeks (got plans the next 2 weekends).

Be careful on selecting your clutch/flywheel. Do a bunch of research. If you do the lightweight flywheel, very high chance it will make your tranny noisy. If you want to stay stock on the flywheel, I'd sell ya mine for cheap and you can get it resurfaced before hand to save some time. LMK.

I do have an ACT clutch and Gruppe-S flywheel that have never been installed I'm looking to get rid of. I'll find the details and post them when I get home if you have an interest. I'll double check but I think I was asking only the price of the clutch for both.

XxmoshxX can do the clutch for ya, i think he normally charges 250-350 + parts, gets it done in a day.

he's the man!

lol the only reason he thinks its 400hp is because they bought that one off craigslist and thats what the guy had posted, he said he bought it from someone and they told him it was 400hp so really no one really knows what kinda power she's putting out. i had jake detune the crap out of mine before i gave it to them.. if someone buys it take it over to jake, and he will put it back up to where i had it in the 320-330whp range or like that salesman says 400HP to the crank!!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOL

i really really miss that car already. but i went off roading yesterday in my 09 ranger and that made me feel a little better. its kinda fun having ground clearence again..

if someone from here does buy my car, if you see a shadow grey ranger and the driver is flipping you off just ignore him, he's just jealous. lol

Anyone have spare GD front fenders laying around? I dont care about the paint quality or minor rust, but they need to me at least mostly straight in the arch area.

Yes! That would be me. If that was you, thank you for the friendly greeting.

I have been noticing more subies around since I got into them recently, there is a yellow bugeye wagon out where I work, a clean red wrx sedan, a slightly older style silver subie...and the best thing about them is they look nice, and are not riced to crap.

I am impressed with the quality of car compared to the "gasp" stereotypical ricer I see too often.

Jeff- I still need to get a hold of you for some parts making. I'll probably end up mailing you unless I can convince myself that the weather is good enough to bring my car out in on Sat.
