Default Rubber Mats for 96 Impreza LX Sedan

Does anyone out there know where I can get rubber mats for my newly acquired '96 Impreza LX sedan? Would mats from another model/year fit? Thanks.

I'n not sure, but I think the 93-01 mats would fit. Exeter Subaru sells them (I had them in my '99 Impreza, and now my '02 Impreza) for about $38. Check out www.subaruwrxparts.com and maybe contact them about it. The ones I had were gray, so you might need a different color (not too familiar with the older years).

The mats are great. I will never put my carpet mats back in!

Hope your enjoying the new car!

They don't appear on the site, but I would call them. Ask for Bill or Mike in the parts department. I am almost positive they can get them for you.

I'm with Paul. Carpeted mats suck. I've had rubber mats in all my past cars for as long as I can remember.

The OEM ones obviously work, but Cannon mats are even better, IMO, even though they're not an exact fit. They come in tan, grey, and black with red piping. I had the black/red ones in my old Acura Integra. Awesome mats. Should've used them again in my RS. I have the small grey rubber OEM ones in there now.

www.macneilauto.com sells them.
