In my tv/film days, we used to goof around and make UFO footage for kicks. Give some guys expensive A/V gear and some time to kill and you will be surprised with what they turn up with.

This one is easy. A piece of acetate with a small hole in it, held away from the lense to give that parallax when you move the camera, will give this effect. It's all in the light and shadow. And BAM, you have a floating hoop/torus like in that vid.

If it's a smoke ring, that it far more impressive considering it managed to stay tightly intact that long.

Still, I live for this stuff. I love watching people react. I am a people watcher.

Not only that, but if I saw something like that, I'd point it out to others, who, if they saw the same thing as me, would also tape it....there would be hundreds of videos with this on it.

This wasn't shot by someone out in the country with no one around.

he obviously not out in the country, you can see the rides and hear the people around him. doubt someone could smuggle a peice of plexiglass into the park under their shirt...

This UFO was featured on one of the local news stations. I didn't see the actual story (just the promo) so I don't know if it was different footage, same footage, still pictures - whatever.
