Default Police Ride Along

Well I just turned in the paperwork to go for a ride along. Waiting for them to do my warrant check and stuff. Has anyone ever gone on one of these before?

My teacher mentioned it back when I was a sophomore, and I wanted to go on one. I then took criminal justice with the same teacher and he brought it up again. Now that I'm 18 (as of Tuesday, woo!) I can do it, so I figured why not.

So yeah, just for the hell of it

Cool man. It is usually pretty cool. Some officers HATE ride alongs, some like them so hopefully you dont get one of earlier.

I know all of the night shift officers, and quite a few mid shift, but none of the morning guys, so I'll probably go on a ridealong with a cop I know

I went with a cop in Denver a few years ago. It lasted the entire shift. I saw a really cool stabbing, the dudes inner thigh looked like a lobster tail.

Still haven't been called back. Damnit Chase call some people, pull some strings, and get me a ride along. I'll even drive out there and cruise around that area.
