Default 2.25" vs. 2.5" catback piping, how much low end difference?

I have the complete Brullen system with 2.5" catback because I plan on eventually going turbo, am I missing out on a lot of low-end? I have yet to go for a floggin' cuz there's some things I need to make sure are on good, before I head out. But am I missing much?

DeusExMachina - Phil your 2.5" system will make more up-top vs. the 2.25" (especially with the addition of cams and headwork + increased redline).

hasn't this been discussed time after time?... but then i don't think i've seen a clear solution other than that there is "slight" differences that you can't really tell?... hmmm
