LOL yes the flair will continue on the both the rear and front bumper for a nice clean look. We are working on those now. I should have the car all finished up in a couple weeks with all new updated interior and exterior. The after that its ether going to be a nice system or a EZ30 swap we'll see what happens. Updates Monday.

Everybody turbos and turbos are high maintenance. I have had lots of experience with them and for this car I want decent power, low maintenance and I think the H6 grumble would fit this car well over the standard boxer sound. I am not looking for a lot of power and cost wise the turbo setup would be almost 1000 more then the H6 for the same power output. If I did a turbo swap I would be putting STi internals into my stock block or just getting a while assemble 06 WRX or STi block. Both about the same I can get an entire EZ30 for. Intake, pulley, exhaust and tuned with a hydra on 92 should get me about 250-265 whp from what most people are telling me to 100whp jump for just under $2500 sounds like a good plan.

It won't be swapped for a while and I have many of the parts needed to do a turbo swap that I'll hold on to in case I decide turbo. The ultimate goal is supercharged EZ30 using an M90 charger. Should get me to right around 310-315whp and that's plenty for what I want this car to be.

What? Your comment makes no sense. If you think it should have those things then you missed the point of this tread entirely.

ok, so i very much love your car, i have wanted a gt since i started looking at subarus. but on the other hand i have to agree partially about the spoiler situation, i think the evo one is much too large for the car, but i dont like the look of the legacy without a spoiler. they start to look like audi a4's, especially with the additions to the wheel wells and personally i think, its a subaru, lets not try to make the 2 combine, im not trying to say to put the stock one back on, or put the evo one back on, but seeing as you have a pretty good amount of resources and some time i think you should find a nice medium kind of spoiler to throw on this beautiful leggy.

but on a lighter note, i love what you have done with it, i only wish i could be in your position
thumbs up!

Its been going but I haven't had any pics lately. The car is in the shop and its been there for a while, while my buddy was finishing up some other stuff. I have been getting the past few parts to finish up the interior but I can't really install any of it till its painted. The front bumper is almost done with the zerosports replica lower portion grafted. It looks really nice and aggressive but I kept the lower lip at the stock spot so it matches the side skirts and will still have enough ground clearance to be everyday everywhere useful. My buddy is going to be making a lot of progress this week so I will have pics soon. The reason for the silence is due to a number of reasons.

This has been out of my hands and I have been working on the other project Huffer linked to. Also that car has taken a bit of a halt because that was my fiancee's who is no longer my fiancee so now she is going to be paying me to finish it but I took on another project to make some extra cash and to take a brake from that car.

The plan now while my buddy finish up the Lego over the next 2 weeks while I am working on my side project. Once my car and this side project is done I am going to push super hard on the other project until its done so I can get it out of my shop and be done with it for good. Before I had a lot of desire to finish and enjoy it as it was to be "our" car but no that its just hers I want it done and gone.

Alighty, updates to come.

Teaser. Got the bumper all mocked up.

Its a stock bumper with the side holes cut to fit JDM fogs. The middle Air damn has been made bigger for the eventual intercooler that will go there and it matched to the fender flares. Also we cut those side pieces off the FRP bumper I had from my friend and grafted it on. Makes a really nice custom one off bumper that flows well with the rest of the car.

Well enjoy the teaser. Primer today, paint Friday I hope. finished pics Monday haha. I hope my hood ships soon.

How do you graft the FRP to the stock (I presume urethane) bumper? I had some body work done on my Mustang and that was one thing the guy wasn't willing to mess with - he said it was hard to get it to turn out good.
