got it working!, bought it from a guy and it's too much work to get it to work with the 5 speed, not gonna lie, it does look like it's been used a good 10,000 miles (it's why i'm only asking $50) but it's certainly thicker than my stock one and my stock on is still great, i was just looking for an upgrade.

No, it doesn't at least without a lot of extra work. i wanted it to work in my FXT with a 5 speed and the flywheel is larger and the starter is a different part number and i don't know if the sti starter will button up to the 5 speed but if it does i would think it would work. also the Sti clutch and pressure plate are about 10mm larger than my stock forester one. also i didn't mention (if it's not obvious) the sti clutch is the pieces on the bottom of the picture.

well i would assume it would take more than 300tq since a stock Sti clutch is obviously good for that and this is an aftermarket clutch for an Sti, i'm not sure if it's HD or not, or if there is a way to tell. Everything i know about this clutch i have posted.

I've never had to replace a clutch in my own car, but it's going to depend ALL on the driver, and what your using it for.

then it's obviously going to get more wear then the daily driver but it still comes down to how you drive and how hard to push it, you can have a stock clutch run past 250k...
