Default my baby will be returned today!!

I'm finally getting my flywheel and clutch installed. I dropped the car off yesterday to a place that mainly does DSM's here in tampa, and for the low low price of $245 they are going to install my SPO clutch and fidanza flywheel. The only problem I have is if the pressure plate has any hotspots from the previous slipping disc. If that's the case then I'll have to fork out and get a new pressure plate since I'm not to keen on things shattering in the transmission. But then who is? I'll post a review of the flywheel hopefully this afternoon. As noone, even the people with the flywheel, can give me an accurate power gain. Some people say it's the best mod you can get, and some say it just made the car hard to drive. I guess I'll find out for myself and hope for the first of those 2.

I have no experience with the Fidanza but after driving my friends RS with ACT clutch and 15lb flywheel I can tell its a whole different car.

As far as power gains go there is definitely a difference in the power that makes it to the wheels. This is mainly seen in the upper RPMS. Its a little harder to get it off the line if your not used to it. His car now revs to 6250 as fast as an F1 car revs to 18000.

doh, my car will be returned tomorrow....but on a better note I found some extra cash and can afford a new pressure plate, so now there will be no issue on it shattering. yay...
