I would be interested in going. How technical is it? I just moved out here from flatland and I'm not the greatest rider yet...

Also, what time were you heading down there?

We ride all the time here in Bend. Hundreds of miles of prime single track just minutes from my office.

Best ride of the year for me so far is the McKenzie River Trail. Amazing. I've done it twice this year and would love to get it once more.

These were taken on the Phil's Trail network -

This last one is from the Lair. Our freeride/jump park -

I'd go mountain-biking. But I've got nobody to go with *cry*. Plus not knowing where good places are never helps...

I wish I could find some drops like that near me. seems like everything is really small or really tall. the one on the right looks like its right around the 2' height and the one on the left looks like 3'. I'd love to find something like that so i could learn to go off that stuff.

Local DH trails are clear of snow. Let the season begin!

@Brewpub: That's brutal. What happened? My friend basically blew up his collarbone in September, and has a cyborg-esque xray like you.

My ride. (I have a new front wheel, thanks to Whistler. No more white spokes. )

We've been doing some rides out east of town at an area called horse ridge. Fun trail with a lot a great scenery. Some techy rocks to deal with but not much in the way of jumps and drops. Have to wait for the west side trails to dry out before we get some of that.

Cool old abandoned highway

Back brake was out on my Transition, so I'm riding a Ventana El Ray 29'er in these pics.

I have yet to start, but that's one of the reasons I moved here. I don't have a DH bike right now though.
