I've been using my stoic rain pants to ride in this winter. They work ok, no belt loops and only a single small pocket on the right thigh though.

Got a package from chainlove today, Fox Shuttle Pants. Tried them on and they feel sooooo good. Can't wait to start using them.

Also, my buddies whom started our non-profit trail organization are en-route to a good sized grant. They are also finalizing their official land use agreement. Super stoked!

congrats! where do you ride near Ft. Lewis?

Tiger Mountain is opening tomorrow. I'm heading out on vacay, but i'm looking forward to getting some time out there. I really enjoy that top section. Expect it to be wet n muddy through preston trail.

Never been to tiger mountain. Usually on the weekdays after work I'll hit up the trails over in Solo Point before going home for the night just to get a ride in. I've mostly been riding out at Capitol forest on the weekends but I really want to start venturing out and riding other places, it's just a challenge to figure out where to go.

Yeah for sure. I drive up from Tacoma as well and it was further than I expected. Well worth the drive though

I've kept a fairly good riding routine in my schedule all winter this year....mildly ashamed to say much of it has been on the street....sigh

But, with the weather improving trail conditions, I did a big one out in capital two weeks ago and plan to be on trail more. Weather this week looks awesome so I'm bringing this thread up to motivate!

Also, I'm hitting Duthie with my 5 year old Friday for the first time, hoping he rips bootcamp downhill

Yeah, the chameleons was a great bike but I'm quickly realizing I ride a bit too aggressively for it. Purchased a heckler already and I'm loving it. Just need to sell the chameleon to keep the wife happy or I'd keep it lol
