Default The little 2.0 that could:) Evo3 16g on E85 and 92

I ment evo3 16g in the title Thank you to Tim Bailey and Surgeline tuning for the fun day and awsome car! I had my car tuned a couple weeks ago with my new Evo3 16g set up on pump and E85. I'm very happy with the numbers considering it was on a heartbreaker Max on E85 was 332whp/316wtq. On 92 it made 294whp/260wtq. Mods are:

Deadbolt evo316g.
DW 850cc injectors
Cobb AP
Perrin FMIC
Grimspeed 3port EBCS
Catless up
Catless 3" turbo back
Stage 1 clutch w/stock flywheel.
Walbro FP of course.

Thanks for looking

Looks good! Where are you seeing full boost in 4th on the road? I know dynos don't tell the whole story there, my EvoIII on the 2.0 was seeing full boost at 3700 on the dyno, but 3100-3400 on the street (depending).

Either way, very nice

Looks like 23.5 psi, right where the EvoIII starts to really wake up

Yes sir Under a nice torque load it spikes at 25 and tapers to 22 at redline. I can't wait for my tranny upgrade so I can see what that turbo really has. Had to stop there didn't want the damn thing to break on the dyno

We do have E85 on the east coast, its just not as abundant as the midwest. Theres a website that shows all the E85 stations in the country.

I'm surprised that you didn't get more torque out of the E85 tune. The overall numbers look great, I'm just used to seeing a much higher torque number compared to the HP with E85.

He said he could have went quite a ways more on the timing which would have made more torque but I wanted to save my tranny I'm going to probably do a PPG gearset and then have him tune it again for all its got

That's not laggy, sounds about right where it should be. For reference, I was seeing 22psi at (average) 3300 in 4th on the stock block with a good tune, so it sounds like you're right where you should be.

I love the EvoIII, it may not be the best top-end turbo, but it holds very well, and makes for one HELL of a powerband.

I'll be taking my EvoIII into the 11s here soon, can't wait

By the way, I edited your title for ya

Thanks dude i couldn't figure that out I can't wait to get mine there. So far I just did the 21psi tune with soft launches for practice and got a 12.7 at 110 but I think I can get it to 12.5 if I lauch it good with the 23.5 psi map
