Default Front Aeroguards

I have searched and searched and realized these are in high demand, however rare to find or very expensive. I have come up with the following plan:

I have been in contact with Seibon and JTR Sport from California, (a distributor for Seibon) and we have come up with the following in regards to the front Aeroguards for the '02-'07 wrx:

Seibon will begin making replicas for us that JTR Sport will sale for $100 for the 2 pieces. We need to provide the following:

-At least 20 sets need to be purchased
-Most important the original so Seibon can make the mold - (I figure we could all pitch in and purchase it from Japanparts @ $350 for all four)

Let me know what you guys think...

~Joe

If Seibon really wanted to make some. They should already have enough money to buy a set to replicate.

Tell them to start a group buy and it will be a lot easier than you making a thread in SWIC

Even after seeing pix I still don't know what or where the "aeroguards" go or do, except that they must go on the "front."

I've been working on and playing with cars for more than 25 years, so it's not like I'm some n00b either.

But they must be good 'cause they're both expensive and come from Japan.

Here you go, the one on the front is technically called a "aero guard" or "aero splash set", however it has been referred to as a "spat" the one on the rear is called a strake, which you can get from subaru directly...
