Default novelty horn install help

I just bought one of those old fashioned "aoogah" horns and im a little confused about the wiring. I still want my stock steering wheel horn to be in tact and want to mount a button in the dash to control the new horn independently from the stock horn. Here's a picture of a wiring diagram I found on the web:

My question is about the top left corner of the diagram. Where and how do I tap into the power from ignition switch? Is there an easier way to do this? Do i really need a relay? Any advice would be appreciated.

If you've got an aftermarket cd player the easiest way to do it would be to use the accessory wire that's intended to power an amplifier.

That or hook direct that way you can use the horn all the time even when the car is off.
