![]() ![]() ![]() I have had these camber plates available for the 93-01 Imprezas but now am offering them for the 02-07 imprezas. The camber plates are 9.5mm (roughly 3/8"), compared to Cusco/Zeal's 6mm plates which have a tendency to bend and bow over time. The camber plates are rebuildable as well. If you are excited to install a new strut bar and overtorque a stud, snapping it, those are replaceable. The bearing assembly is also rebuildable. Additionally, the camber plate slots are longer, allowing for additional camber to be dialed in if necessary, for those of you running aggressive wheel setups. The camber plates are anodized gun metal, with '化け物Bakemono" etched out in silver. The fronts have even further adjustability, with increased negative camber support, as well as being able to be rotated 15, 30, and 45 degrees to dial in caster simultaneously! The pricing includes shipping to the 48 states. Residents of other areas, please inquire. California residents pay 9.25% sales tax. Discounts applied on a set of 4 refers to 2 front camber plates, and 2 rear camber plates. I will be running the group buy until July 1st. I need at least 10 people on the list to make these. After that, it will take another 3-4 weeks for manufacturing. A $150 deposit will get your name on the list. This amount will pay for the majority of the material cost and hardware. The remainder of the amount won't be due until the plates are ready for shipping. Standard retail price is $300 Pricing: 1-3 people: $285 shipped for a set of 2, $560 shipped for a full set of 4 (F+R) 1) nutcase_sammy (GC8) 2) cement (GC8) 3) nevergivethatup (GD) (fronts only) 4-6 people: $277 shipped for a set of 2. $545 shipped for a set of 4 (F+R) 4) flukewrx (GD) (fronts only) 5) kaos200 (GC) (fronts only) 6) boosterwitchAWD (GD) (front+rear) 7-9 people $270 shipped for a set of 2, $525 for a set of 4 (F+R) 7) cpturbo (GC) (front+rear) RS25.com 8) dantastic (GD) (front + rear) 9) joltdudeuc (GC) (front) M12 1.25 10+ people: $260 shipped for a set of 2, $500 shipped for a set of 4 (F+R) 10) sti robot (GD) (fronts) M14 1.5 NASIOC 11) bebemaster (GD) fronts M14 1.5 NASIOC 12) Tim.Flat4 (GC) ( 13) nguyena (GC) (front+ rear) 14) wrx_driver_2002 (GC) (front+rear)

Here is a comparison of my camber plates to the Cusco ones
![]() Here's a shot of the bottom. Notice how the studs are removeable and how the bearing assembly plate can also be torn down for cleaning, maintenance, repair, etc. ![]() This shows the rebuildablilty of the bearing assembly if/when they wear out. ![]() Last edited by Bakemono-Imports; 06-07-2009 at 04:59 PM. |

Is the replacement bearing a generic one that can be had in the US via some or all industrial suppliers? Or will we have to order them from you?
Additional thickness of the camber plate is nice, but what about stack hight, that seems to be another issue, when you add the cusco plates your car gets jacked up and you have to lower your suspension down to compensate, and then that eats into your travel. |

Its 3mm of difference from the Cusco ones (about 1/8"). So, in that case, your stack height goes up..1/8". Its likely nothing that you will notice, but it exponentially increases the strength of the plate.
Yes, the bearings can be had through just about any industrial supplier as long as you get the proper dimensions. That was one of the advantages. Its not a proprietary bearing. |

I just got mine from the first batch. And WOW. These are alot beefier/nicer than I had anticipated. I'm comparing to Whiteline and Cusco front plates. The tolerances are tight on the bearings and so forth. This is well made.

Do you happen to know how much increase in height these give compared to stock tophats at the static setting? I know the increase will drop as negative camber is added also.
Thanks, Ryan |

You're correct about the increase dropping as you increase camber, and even more so when you increase your caster as these give you the ability to do. No problem. |

Thanks for the reply. I have some more research to do
![]() Your plates look very solid and I love the fact that they can be rotated at degrees for caster and the elongated slot! Just need to find out if at the camber/caster settings I'm looking for with these if the car will be close to the same height or not. Thanks! Ryan |

Well now this adds yet another plate in to my decision process. Dang it. =P
What kind of adjustment ranges are we looking at on these plates? What are the ranges Min/Max Camber & Min/Max Caster? |

I'm not sure of the maximum amount of caster and camber. These camber plates allow you to slide the top of the bearing all the way to the edge of the open hole you have there. So basically, it allows for the max caster dialable on a camber plate, given the amount of space you have on the design of the subaru's tophat hole. I'll take a picture of them on my car to better illustrate my point.

I wonder if you have to mod the strut tower to get the full use of those slots |
