DO NOT!! i REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY OR DO NOT SEND HIM ANY KIND OF BUSINESS.. check the group buy thread for more info on whats goin on now...my story: In December i ordered the samco silicone hoses for the intercooler and the goodridge brake lines...I knew that I wouldent get my hoses till Feb due to back order or something I forgot...but I was in no hurry so I padi for both products at the same time..about 2months later I got the brake lines...(after about 10 emails) and to this day I have not seen my hoses...I have sent him like 20 emails and he finaly replyd to me like a week ago saying he will refund my money for the hoses....I have not heard from him again... I have emaild him alot in this past week and no reply...many people are sayin the same thing and his contact #'s no longer work..


just figured i would post this so no one ever buys from him again incase he actualy has the balls to post up here again.

Just take a look at the last pages of his Samco hose GB thread - pretty much says it all. At best, he's an incompetent and unreliable vendor (and that status should be revoked); at worst, he's a crook.

I agree with what they are saying above. I have had issues with the vendor in getting the product and have been going through personal issues in my own life. I just moved two weeks ago and still do not have my credit card machine up and running. I will return everybodies money who is wanting a refund.

It is unfortunate that some of you have had to wait this long for the samco group buy. I was fortunate enough to receive my samco hoses about a month ago or so. I don't belive that Alan was out to rip anybody off. It just so happened that things did not go smoothly with the supplier. I would be angry too! if I had to wait this whole time, but hopefully he will take care of all of this problem.

Gunn,

I'm not in the Samco hose group buy, but I did send you money for the MRT adjustable lateral links almost a month and a half ago. I spoke to you early last week and sent you numerous emails and you said that they should be arriving and shipping shortly. Haven't heard from you since so if they have shipped please send me the tracking number, if not I would like a refund so that I can source these somewhere else.

From a customers point of view before you can be trusted again I believe you must take responsibility for your mistakes because apologies only go so far...
First and foremost people should get the products they paid you for or they're money back ASAP just as you promised. All this fuss would not have had to happen if people were only updated regarding the situation. As a vendor you must remain in contact with your customers or you will never see business from them again. I value the service I receieve from a vendor just as much as the product itself because you can often times find the same product at many different vendors, so therefore what makes a vendor popular is the effort they make to keep the customer happy. You must remember that once you take a customers money you are BOUND to keep your end of the deal or give a prompt refund, one or the other, ie serve the customer, not ignore them...
It will take an amazing effort to redeem yourself at this point, but I think people will be willing to forgive if your sincerely interested in they're needs from this point forward. Time will tell. Good luck to all.

I am trying to get a refund from him now. I don't care about anything but buying some IC hoses. Last week I spoke to him and he said that if I would settle on blue hoses he would ship them THAT DAY, I sent an e-mail with my shipping address, requesting a simple fwd with a tracking number so I would know they had been sent. Never heard back. I called his work the next day because his cel phone was disconnected, he no longer worked there. I tried E-mailing him and got no replies so I started Posting my worries. Poor Customer Service. I have edited this post as well as the GB posts because he is giving me a refund today and I have cooled off a lot.

as stated above.. i dont think we would be so sour at you (gunn) if you would just talk to us and not ignore us...you come and give us promises every few weeks or months and then go away..like youre mocking us and just giving us aggravation. I personaly want a refund I will email you with my shipping info...and if i do not hear from you or do not gte my money I too will be contacting the FTC BBB or whatever is needed I will also contact youre suppliers and tell them the same story...This is stupid and rediculous! no one deservs this kind of customer support!

yeah unfortunately i also got in on the samco GB
i have yet to receive even an EMAIL from gunn let alone my damn hoses or a refund
i paypaled him back in feb when he said the hoses were coming in

i can understand that people go though hardships in their lives and so would not be soooo mad if only gunn had let us know what the hell was goin on instead of giving us bs once a blue moon and then disappearing for a few weeks
i mean it doesnt take that much effort to post the truth every few days and it would ease the minds of your customers, especially helpful since you plan on continuing to be a vendor

just plz refund everyones money REAL soon so that this whole mess can come to a close
